You too can participate in the forest conservation program by processing Hadras!

Applying Hadras Glass Coating to your golf clubs at NIKI GOLF contributes to the conservation of approximately 20 square meters of forest area per year.

When NIKI GOLF applies Hadras Glass Coating to golf clubs, through a partnership between NIKI GOLF and the Forestock Association, each application of Hadras Glass Coating will donate the amount needed to conserve approximately 20 square meters of forests in Japan per year (approximately the size of a teeing ground) to the Forestock Association.

Forest conservation efforts through Hadras construction (progress report)

Thanks to your support, we were able to conserve forests of 112.23 hectares (approximately 24 Tokyo Domes) over one year through Hadras construction from March 2025 to February 2026.

[Over the one-year period from March 2024 to February 2025, 118.422 hectares of forest (approximately 25.3 Tokyo Domes) were preserved.]

[Over the one-year period from March 2023 to February 2024, 128.48 hectares (approximately 27.5 Tokyo Domes) of forest were preserved.]
[Over the one-year period from March 2022 to February 2023, 133.1 hectares of forest (approximately 28.5 Tokyo Domes) were preserved.]

Thank you for the Hadras construction (contribution to forest conservation).

Q: What specifically will the money donated for the construction of Hadras be used for?

A: It is used for forest maintenance such as thinning and pruning of forests in Japan.

You may be thinking, "What?! You cut down trees to conserve forests?!" However, forests do not grow if left alone. By carrying out thinning and pruning by hand at appropriate intervals, sunlight can reach the forest ground, allowing undergrowth and other living things to grow. This allows for a richer surface area to grow, which in turn allows for healthy forest growth and dramatically increases the efficiency of CO2 absorption.

Q: What are the activities of the Forestock Association?

Through the operation and management of the Forestock certification system, we provide a system that allows companies and individuals to participate as stakeholders in Japan's forest and environmental conservation, and support the promotion of forest management and conservation.
